NIGHT WALKS a series of 18 images
I walked along the top of a multi story shopping mall car park, looking out across acres of thousands of empty parking spaces below. I wonder, who it is so brightly lit for throughout the entire night. The shopping mall is closed. Even the wild life is confused. Why is this country wasting so much power.
